I’m Emilie, a Holistic Infant and Children’s Sleep Consultant. I offer premium sleep support packages tailored for your family, goals and parenting style. I aim to ensure you feel supported, understood and empowered to achieve more rest while remaining true to your parenting ethos.

After having my own bundle of joy, I became eager to learn and understand how our little ones grow and develop, this ignited my passion for different parenting strategies and so Twilight Sleep Support began. Everything I offer is bespoke and based on your unique child and family. I look forward to hearing from you.

My Sleep Packages

My holistic sleep approach means that I aim to review your families dynamic in different areas including diet, environment, amount of sleep, clothing, and feeding. From these factors as well as many more I can create a bespoke package that is specific to your families dynamic. As a holistic sleep consultant here at Twilight sleep support I aim to create the perfect environment for your child’s sleep goals. 

As a sleep support consultant my main goal is not to critique your parenting style but work with you and alongside you. I aim to support, and empower your decisions and instincts and will be fully led by your preferences. 

There are three main packages available as part of my service, these vary in detail meaning there is a perfect solution for each family: 

  1. The essentials package is simply there for parents who just need a quick boost on their sleep journey, we will work together to create a personalised plan that’s true to your parenting needs.
  2. The rest package offers a more in-depth approach allowing me to work with you to create a personalised approach meeting your child’s needs and sleep goals.
  3. The restore package is a thorough in-depth and long term support solution, working together to achieve your unique sleep goals
There are plenty of ways to improve your little one’s sleep, and your whole family’s quality of life as a result, without compromising your attachment or ignoring your instincts. There is absolutely no need to leave children of any age to cry alone, when we have so many effective strategies that don’t require it.
